Cancellations/No-shows

  • Parkview Wellness is committed to providing exceptional care to all patients. When one patient cancels without giving enough notice or simply no-shows, they prevent another patient from being seen and deprive the therapist of income on which they rely. Patients are therefore asked to please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to their appointment.

  • If a second appointment is missed, the patient will be charged 50% of the cost of the treatment. This amount must be paid in order to be able to book further appointments. Furthermore, a valid credit card will have to be on file to book future appointments.

  • If a third appointment is missed or cancelled within 24 hours of their appointment, patients will be charged 100% of the cost of the treatment in question. At that point, in order to be able to book, the patient will have to prepay the full cost of their appointments.

  • Previous patients that used to see Olivier at the spa and who have a history of last minute cancellations/no-shows (greater than 2 times) will be required to have a credit card on file in order to book and will be charged 100% of the cost of the treatment in the event of a last minute cancellation/no-show. After that eventuality, the patient will have to prepay their future appointments.

  • Fees for late cancellation or no-shows cannot be billed through insurance. The patient is fully responsible for the cost. Receipts can be issued indicating “Missed Appointment”.
